I plan and conduct user research activities to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences. This involves defining research objectives, selecting appropriate research methods (such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies), recruiting participants, and executing research sessions. I analyze research data to uncover actionable insights that inform design decisions and drive product improvements.

I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure a user-centered approach throughout the product development process. I communicate research findings effectively, advocate for user needs and preferences, and facilitate discussions to align stakeholders around user-centric design solutions. By fostering collaboration and empathy across teams, UX researchers help ensure that products meet both business objectives and user expectations.

I conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of digital products, interfaces, and prototypes. I design test scenarios, facilitate testing sessions with participants, observe user interactions, and gather feedback on usability issues and pain points. Based on test results, I identify opportunities for improvement and iteratively refine design solutions to enhance user experiences. Additionally, I may employ metrics and analytics to measure user satisfaction, task success rates, and other key performance indicators to assess product usability and inform design decisions.
