As an HFI Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) — fewer than 10,000 active holders globally — I've led end-to-end design and research across 30+ enterprise client engagements in fintech, banking, enterprise SaaS, healthcare, and e-commerce. I run mixed-methods research programs, shape product strategy at the C-suite level, and build design systems that scale.
