Crowdstrike - Salesforce Sales Cloud
Crowdstrike is an American cybersecurity technology company based in Austin, Texas. It provides cloud workload and endpoint security, threat intelligence, and cyberattack response services. As part of this initiative, a UX design project was undertaken with the objective of creating a seamless, intuitive, and user-friendly Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Platform.
Problem Statement
Transform the Sales experience to accelerate scaled growth to $5B by creating iconic, seamless, and intelligent experiences.

Design Process

Empathize
- Conducted user research to understand the needs, preferences, and pain points of Salesforce Sales cloud users. This included User interviews, and usability testing with existing customers.
- Created user personas based on research findings to represent 5 user segments and their specific needs and behaviors.

Define
- Developed a clear future state Journey map os Sales Process for 5 Personas mapping the paint points.

Ideate
— Created wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize and iterate on design of Sales process concepts before implementation.

Design
- Designed a visually appealing and cohesive user interface that aligns with Crowdstrike brand guidelines while prioritizing clarity and ease of use.
- Ensured that the Sales cloud design complied with accessibility standards, including proper color contrast, text legibility, and support for screen readers and assistive technologies.
Results
- Improved Usability: The redesigned mobile banking app received positive feedback from users, who reported a more intuitive and efficient user experience.
- Increased Accessibility: Accessibility enhancements, such as improved color contrast and screen reader compatibility, made the app more inclusive and usable for users with disabilities.
